Being a custom cabinet shop we have your back for every cabinetry need that you may have! One of the projects we see often are bathroom cabinets. Updating or creating a new bathroom vanity is a great way to increase the value of your home and not to mention the comfort and style of it! Bathrooms are commonly used by your family members, guests and impromptu visors. Meaning you want it to look clean, organized and stylish! 

Depending on the size of your bathroom, our custom vanities are designed with your needs in mind! Big or small, your vanity should offer storage capabilities, room for a sink and counter top space for your items without overcrowding your visitors! Some bathrooms offer space to have a linen or above toilet storage. This way your vanity could be customized for your space without sacrificing your foot room.

Before creating a design take stock in what you will store in this room and where it would be stored for maximum efficiency. For instance you may want the frequently used items such as toilet paper and towels at an easy to grab location and your items that are more rarely used in higher points. This stock may change depending on what bathroom is being designed, a master bath or a main bath may have different features or items to store. 

For smaller rooms, consider opening your space with cubby style storage or furniture style vanities. These styles break up the solid look of a vanity and offers visual open spaces making a room feel larger. With smaller spaces being more limited to light use a light countertop or enamel color finish on your cabinets to create a sense of openness. Light will bounce off of lighter colors, rather than get absorbed by darker hues. 

 

Think of accessories! By adding some well place cabinet accessories, you will not only maximize your space efficiency but it will maximize your storage capabilities. Some of our favorite features are vanity drawer inserts or organizer pull outs. These accessories create homes for hard to store items and will create more room to store within an opening.
